Job summary

Solventum is seeking a consultative wound healing expert to serve hospital wound care decision makers. You will educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and coordinate patient transition of care.

This field-based role requires a valid driver's license, remote work flexibility from St. Louis/Southern Illinois, and up to 20% travel with base plus incentive compensation. A strong track record in wound care or medical device sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Proven track record of sales quota attainment.
• Prior wound care or medical device sales experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (surgeons).
• Proven experience in territory management & business planning.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hospital wound care decision makers on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in the hospital care setting.
• Deliver sustainable business growth through account and territory management.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Advocate for therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence.
• Provide customer support and service.
