Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to serve as a consultative wound care expert, educating clinicians and driving adoption of Solventum solutions in hospital settings.

This field-based role requires travel up to 20%, a valid driver's license, and a proven track record in medical device sales and territory management. Compensation includes base and incentives with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience, or high school diploma with 4 years sales/clinical experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver's License.
• Proven track record of sales quota & target attainment in wound care or medical devices.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in the hospital care setting.
• Drive sustainable growth through account and territory management.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption and new products.
• Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
• Provide customer support and service.
• Demonstrate proficiency after completing sales training.
• Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
