Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC in Flagstaff, AZ, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead patient care in our Wound Care Center. You will handle intake and discharge, coordinate with physicians, and support wound care protocols, including HBO duties after training.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, current RN license, and preferably a BSN with wound care experience. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, quality improvement, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• ADN in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred; wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager incl. detailed assessments and care planning.
• Participate in quality improvement, educate patients/caregivers, and advocate for patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• May assume hyperbaric safety director duties after required training.
• Coordinate with Wound Care Center providers, program director and medical director.
• May function as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
