Job summary

Healogics in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and participate in case management as assigned. The role requires nursing licensure and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) and current RN license.
• BSN preferred; wound care certification preferred.
• Demonstrated BLS competency and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication, teaching, teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training; may serve as Case Manager.
• Perform initial nursing assessment, document care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, program director and medical director as needed.
• Function as scribe and support other clinic needs; participate in quality initiatives.
