Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an area of similar clinical expertise.
• Supervisor and/or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS card required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all operations of the department during shift.
• Fosters patient- and family-centered care with attention to culture.
• Models interdisciplinary collaboration with physician partners.
• Monitors staffing and allocates personnel based on acuity.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements and patient safety.
• Performs rounds to assess care quality and gather feedback.
