Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking an RN, Clinical Supervisor in Long Beach, CA to lead the Adult Wound Care unit on day shift. The supervisor will work closely with physicians and the broader care team, participate in performance improvement, and foster a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in clinical leadership roles.
• Supervisory experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Current California RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates department operations per policy and standard work.
• Staff planning and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure quality, cost-effective patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.
• Lead performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to foster professional growth.
