Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• ADN required for nursing licensure
• BSN preferred for advancement

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge
• Assist in vein clinic after training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients
• Perform initial nursing assessments and document care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and leaders regarding patient needs
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Possibly perform HBO therapy duties after training
