Job summary

Healogics, Inc. in Livingston, TX seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to support the Wound Care Center, manage patient intake and discharge, and collaborate with the Center team.

Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, the RN will perform nursing assessments, may serve as Case Manager, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. HBO-related duties may be assigned after training.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; ADN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at the Wound Care Center and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• May perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers and the Medical Director on clinic needs.
• May act as Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
