Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to support Wound Care Center patients in Livingston, TX. You will handle patient intake and discharge, participate in vein clinic activities after HBO training, and may serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.

A strong nursing foundation and collaborative approach are essential. The role includes performing initial assessments, documenting care plans, and coordinating with physicians to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required, active throughout employment.
• BSN preferred; wound care certification encouraged.
• Experience in wound care or hospital settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training; may serve as Case Manager.
• Perform initial nursing assessment, document care plans and outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement, educate patients and caregivers.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training; assist as scribe when needed.
• Collaborate with care team and medical leadership; support documentation tasks.
