Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN wound care, covering inpatient and outpatient settings at Lutheran Clinic in Wheat Ridge, CO. The role requires strong assessment, planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe patient care.

Minimum qualifications include active RN licensure, BLS, and prior nursing experience. BSN is preferred, with ongoing professional development and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Preferred BSN; degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the care team.
• Plan and coordinate individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care with delegation and proper use of time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans as needed; document timely and accurately.
