Job summary

Trios Health is seeking a Wound Care RN to provide specialized, patient-centered care for patients with complex wound needs across all ages. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, and monitor patients, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and safety protocols.

  • Work closely with physicians and care teams during treatments and procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.

How You'll Contribute

As a Wound Care RN at Trios Health, you'll play a key role in delivering specialized, patient‑centered care that promotes healing and improves quality of life. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, and monitor patients with complex wound care needs across all ages.

Essential Functions
  • Provide wound care using established clinical guidelines and best practices
