Progress West Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a PRN RN to provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, and evaluation within established standards. The role emphasizes care at the top of the license and ongoing career progression.

The position requires RN licensure, an associate or diploma in nursing, and preferred bachelor’s degree with limited experience. Wound care exposure is preferred, and there is no weekend or major holiday work, with no on-call required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care.
• Participates in safety, quality and regulatory activities.
