Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license (or compact eligible); BLS certification required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments, measurements, and document progress.
• Carry out sterile and non-sterile dressing changes and topical treatments.
• Manage wound drainage devices and dressings per policy.
• Provide debridement and NPWT/VAC as indicated; monitor patient response.
• Conduct ABI testing and diabetic foot assessments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, care, and rehab.
• Maintain infection control and accurate charting in the EHR.
