Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current, active RN license in South Carolina required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments according to facility policies and physician orders.
• Perform wound assessments, documentation, and treatment (including dressing changes, debridement as allowed by scope of practice, and pressure injury prevention).
• Monitor resident progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.
