Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks a compassionate Wound Care Nurse (RN) to deliver specialized skin and wound care to residents under physician direction. The role emphasizes healing, prevention of complications, and positive resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active SC RN license, CPR certification, and prior wound care experience. PCC experience is preferred; enjoy a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities across a large skilled nursing network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with wound care is strongly preferred.
• Prior PCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders.
• Assess and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Assist in developing and modifying individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate staff on wound care techniques and prevention.
