Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Experience with wound care preferred.

• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin and wound assessments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care plans.
• Monitor wound healing progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Perform wound care treatments and dressing changes.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and care protocols.
• Participate in care plan meetings and resident assessments.
• Ensure timely documentation compliant with policies.
