The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills and a genuine desire to make a personal impact on residents’ lives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments according to facility policies and physician ordersPerform wound assessments, documentation, and treatment (including dressing changes, debridement as allowed by scope of practice, and pressure injury prevention)Monitor resident progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as neededMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standardsQualificationsGraduate of a state‑approved school of nursingCurrent, active RN license in South Carolina requiredPrior wound care experience preferred but not required; strong clinical assessment skills essentialExcellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentHoursPart‑time schedule, Monday–Friday.
