Healogics, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Registered Nurse for our Seattle Wound Care Center. You will provide patient care, handle intake and discharge, and support vein clinic activities after training.

The role may include Case Management duties for a group of wound care patients. The position requires an RN license and ADN; BSN and wound-care certification are preferred. HBO-related duties and collaboration with the Medical Director are part of the job, with a patient-focused, team-oriented

Formación

• RN with ADN degree and current RN license in practicing state.
• BSN preferred for better alignment with wound-care roles.
• Wound care certification preferred; experience in wound care is advantageous.
• Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training completed.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients, including initial nursing assessment and coordinating care.
• Perform HBO-related duties after completion of Healogics hyperbaric training; may assume safety director duties after training.
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center providers, Program Director and Medical Director on clinic and patient needs.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) as required by policy.
• Perform other duties as required.
