Job summary

RestorixHealth is looking for a Registered Nurse - PRN to deliver high-quality wound care using the nursing process. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizing safety and outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, patient and family education, and adherence to orders, with a Mon–Fri schedule (no weekends) and opportunities for ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• BSN preferred for magnet hospitals.
• Valid Registered Nursing license required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience with wound care patients is a plus; training provided.
• Billing and coding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity.
• Implement physician orders within appropriate time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care.
