Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse - PRN to join our wound care team. You will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process, collaborating with multiple disciplines to achieve optimal outcomes.

Training will be provided to support success. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), ongoing education, competitive compensation, and mentorship to grow your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Must have an RN license and an Associate/Bachelor in Nursing.
• Magnet Hospitals may require BSN; nursing education is essential.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene promptly.
• Prioritize nursing actions considering patient needs and acuity.
• Implement physician orders accurately within requested timeframes.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care.
