Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. You will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process in a wound care setting with comprehensive training provided.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, internal education opportunities, competitive compensation, and ongoing coaching to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
• Valid Registered Nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with wound care patients (Will train).
• Billing and coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues.
