RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN wound care role. You will deliver patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition, and prioritizing actions based on acuity.

You will implement physician orders timely and educate families on wound care, with training provided for wound-specific tasks. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with ongoing professional education opportunities.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
• Valid RN license required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior wound care experience; training provided.
• Billing and coding experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize and respond to patient condition changes.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity.
• Implement physician orders accurately within defined time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes.
