Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN roles to provide wound care and patient-focused nursing. The RN will use evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with the care team and physicians.

Training will be provided to enhance wound care expertise. The role emphasizes delivering quality care with a Monday–Friday schedule, ongoing education, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• CPR certification required (American Heart Association)
• Wound care experience preferred (will train)
• Associates or BSN required depending on Magnet Hospitals

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
• Educate patients and families on wound care processes
