Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will plan, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Training will be provided for wound care specialties.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree and RN license.
• Wound care experience preferred; training provided.
• CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
• Billing and coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes.
