Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care Center in Omaha, Nebraska. You will provide patient care and manage intake and discharge, collaborating with physicians to coordinate treatment plans.

The position requires an ADN and an active RN license, with BSN preferred. BLS is required; wound care experience is a plus. We offer training, HBO duties opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice and ADN degree.
• BSN preferred; wound care certification a plus.
• BLS certification required; prior wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training as assigned.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers on clinic and patient needs.
• Document care plans and maintain accurate records.
