Healogics, LLC. is seeking an RN for the Wound Care Center to provide patient care and manage intake and discharge processes. The role may include Case Manager responsibilities and opportunities to participate in HBO-related procedures after training.

Requirements include an ADN and an active RN license in the state of practice; BSN is preferred, with wound care experience and related certifications considered an asset. This position offers collaborative work with a clinical team.

Formación

• ADN degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the practicing state, maintained through employment.
• BSN preferred to enhance clinical coordination.
• Wound care certification preferred where available.
• Wound care experience preferred in prior roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of Wound Care Center patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with providers, Program Director and Medical Director for patient needs.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant.
• Perform other duties as required.
