Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Wound Care Center and manage patient intake and discharge processes. You may also assist in the vein clinic after specialized training and act as a Case Manager for assigned patients.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice and eligible to work as a registered nurse.

• Wound care experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients; assess wounds, document care plans, and coordinate with physicians.
