Job summary

Healogics is seeking an RN to deliver direct patient care in the Wound Care Center and manage intake and discharge for patients scheduled in the clinic. You will work under the Clinical Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator and may take on Case Manager duties as assigned.

The role requires ADN, current RN license, and preferred BSN with wound care experience. HBO training will be provided, with potential for additional responsibilities as a scribe and liaison to physicians.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge as assigned.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training completed.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients; assess, document, and coordinate care.
• Perform HBO-related duties after completing Healogics HBO training.
• May perform as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and program/medical directors to coordinate patient care.
