Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Wound Care Center role in Florida. You will provide direct patient care, manage patient intake and discharge, and may act as a Case Manager for a group of patients.

HBO-related duties and collaboration with the Medical Director are part of the scope. Required ADN and RN license with preferred BSN and wound care certifications. Prior medical-surgical or wound care experience is favored.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (required)
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred
• Wound care or related certifications preferred
• Experience in Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care preferred
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge per hospital and nursing standards
• Assist in vein clinic after training
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients including initial nursing assessment and care planning
• Perform HBO-related duties after training
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and directors to address clinic and patient needs
• Possibly serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe)
• Perform other duties as required
