Healogics, Inc. seeks an RN for the Lake Mary Wound Care Center to provide patient care, intake, and discharge processing. The role may include case management for a group of Wound Care Center patients and collaboration with the medical team.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing ADN, an active Florida RN license, and preferably a BSN with wound care certification. HBO duties may be required after training; the position is part-time and patient-focused.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred and wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake/discharge per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after training completion.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of Wound Care Center patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessments, document care plans, and coordinate with physicians.
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center staff and CMS guidelines where applicable.
• Support HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training and safety director duties when trained.
