Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse with a valid Indiana license.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute nursing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated performance consistent with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with chronic wounds not healing properly.
• Conduct intakes and discharges for wound care patients.
• Support the wound care clinic in a case management role.
