Job summary

Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with wound care experience to join the Wound Care Department. You will perform admissions assessments, plan and implement nursing care, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Eligible candidates hold Indiana RN licensure, with at least 2 years in Medical/Surgical settings and current BLS/CPR certification. BSN is preferred; Wound care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Indiana as an RN.
• At least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience.
• Current BLS or CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate a nursing assessment of patient’s condition upon admission.
• Assess, stage, and measure wounds accurately using appropriate methods.
• Identify patient care needs and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to plan and evaluate care.
• Perform intake/discharge nursing activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinic records.
