Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a Wound Care Program Lead to develop, implement, and oversee the wound care program. Provide leadership, mentor staff, and serve as a clinical resource with dependable consultation visits to promote quality care.

The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, WOCN certification, and experience in wound care and home health. Location: Lowell, MA with full-time hours and weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• WOCN certification is required.
• Three (3) years of WOCN experience.
• Two (2) years of Home Health experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and clinical guidance for the Wound Care Program and nursing staff.
• Assists in care delivery planning, including case conferencing and referrals.
• Ensures regulatory and licensing requirements for care are met.
• Oversees wound care supply orders and formulary coordination.
• Collaborates with primary nurses and other resources for referrals to the wound care program.

Education

Massachusetts RN Licensure

WOCN certification

BSN (Preferred)

Three (3) years of Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing experience

Two (2) years of Home Health experience
