Landmark Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse/Clinical Coordinator for its outpatient wound care clinic in Woonsocket, RI. The role combines direct patient care with program leadership across staffing, performance improvement and HR aspects.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, BCLS certification, and has wound care/hyperbaric knowledge. Acute care experience is preferred and certification within two years is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and valid RN license issued by the state.
• BCLS (AHA) certification on hire and maintained.
• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Wound care/hyperbaric knowledge and/or experience preferred (1 year).
• Wound care certification within first two years of hire and maintain hyperbaric competency.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care in the outpatient wound care clinic.
• Manages the clinical program from staffing, performance improvement (PI) and HR perspectives.
• Communicates with providers and supervises clinical and hyperbaric staff as needed.
