Job summary

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital Bradford/Haverhill in Massachusetts seeks a Certified Wound Care RN to join our nursing team on the Bradford ward. The position is full-time days, 40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility.

You will assess and stage wounds, coordinate care and referrals, educate staff, and lead wound care practices across inpatient and outpatient settings. Prerequisites include Wound Care Certification CWCN/CWOCN preferred and a current Massachusetts Nursing

Qualifications

• Must be Wound Care Certified, CWCN/CWOCN preferred.
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional wound care practices in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Coordinate patient care and referrals to meet wound care needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide staff education.
• Assess and stage wounds and document findings per policy.
• Photograph wounds and maintain confidentiality of records.
