Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required and current RN license in RI.
• BLS certification required; CWOCN certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system clinical expert for wound, ostomy and skin integrity management and provide consultation on complex wounds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans and advance prevention strategies.
• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of wound care and healthy skin programs across care settings.
• Monitor wound-related quality metrics and partner with leaders to improve outcomes.
• Design education, onboarding and competency programs; mentor staff and students; support professional certification.
