Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Wound Program Coordinator to lead wound care services and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and drive hospital-wide wound care education initiatives.

The ideal candidate has RN, PT, or OT licensure with at least one year of wound care experience, CPR certification, and a commitment to ongoing professional

Qualifications

• RN, PT, or OT license required for acute rehab settings; RN license required for long-term acute care settings.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of wound care experience is required.
• Continuous education in wound care through seminars or professional organizations is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and develop wound care services in adherence to regulatory standards and physician orders.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide guidance on wound care treatments.
• Lead educational efforts for hospital staff on wound care topics, as well as educating patients and families on wounds and wound care.
• Maintain continuous education and stay updated on the latest wound care techniques and advancements.
