Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Wound Program Coordinator to lead wound care initiatives, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans, educate patients and families, and drive hospital-wide wound care education.

Ideal candidates hold an RN/PT/OT license, CPR certification, at least one year of wound care experience, and ongoing wound care education participation. Join a national leader in post-acute care close to home.

Qualifications

• License/Certification: RN, PT, or OT required for acute rehab hospitals; RN required for LTAC.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of wound care experience is required.
• Continuous education in wound care through seminars/professional organizations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop wound care services in adherence to regulatory standards and physician orders.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide guidance on wound care treatments.
• Lead educational efforts for hospital staff on wound care topics and educating patients and families.
• Maintain ongoing education and stay updated on latest wound care techniques and advancements.
