Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center (WCC) and related programs. The role covers operations, staff management, financial stewardship, quality improvement, and community education within the assigned hospital partnership.

The position demands an active RN license and relevant degrees or marketing/education experience in healthcare, with leadership responsibilities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
• 1+ year marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and staff across wound care programs.
• Manage revenue cycle, budget, and financial performance.
• Direct community education/marketing to increase referrals to WCC®.
• Lead quality/performance improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate clinical activities and supervise clinical staff; ensure patient care quality.
• Maintain strong hospital relations and client collaboration.
