Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a PM&R wound care physician to provide bedside wound management in post-acute settings. The role is mobile, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, with weekly wound rounds and real-time documentation.

Full-time or part-time opportunities exist, with no nights or on-call duties. A medical license in the state of practice is required, along with a minimum 3-day-per-week commitment. W2 employment with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Experience in wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care at post-acute facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Document care in real-time during rounds using our EMR.
