Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a PM&R physician specializing in wound management to provide bedside care in post-acute settings. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and a balanced work-life approach across multiple facilities within a broad service area.

Clinicians will deliver wound care without night shifts, calls, or weekend responsibilities, supporting a focused patient-centered practice with real-time EMR documentation and regular rounds.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Experience in post-acute wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• See 20–30 patients per day across 2–3 facilities.
• Document care in real-time using our EMR.
