Job summary

Lever, Inc. is hiring a Physical Medicine and Rehab physician to provide bedside wound care across multiple facilities in Minnesota. The role features a mobile practice with rounds at SNFs and LTACHs, serving 20–30 patients daily, and no call or weekend responsibilities.

Full-time opportunities are available with options for part-time schedules. On average, W2 physicians earn a substantial income, with paid training and a focus on clinical excellence in wound management.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to travel within a 40–60 mile radius.
• No visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Deliver weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and manage 20–30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
