Job summary

National Wound Physician Group is seeking a PM&R physician to join a mobile wound care program. This full-time role offers work-life balance with no nights, no calls, and no weekend responsibilities, and opportunities to specialize in advanced wound management.

You'll train with wound-certified physicians, visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, and manage 20–30 patients per day across SNF and LTAC settings, using real-time EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO).
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Care for 20–30 patients per day across 2–3 facilities.
• Document care in real-time using proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
