Lever, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a PM&R Physician for our national wound care group. This full-time mobile role focuses on bedside wound management in post-acute settings, with no nights, no call, and no weekend obligations.

You will visit 2-3 facilities daily within a 40–60 mile radius, conducting 20-30 patient visits per day and performing rounds weekly using our EMR. W2 employment includes comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating 20-30 patients.
