Job summary

Qualifications

• Active medical license in the state where practicing.
• Wound management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time during rounds using proprietary EMR.
