Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN is seeking a full-time Unit Manager and Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead daily nursing operations and own the wound care program. This is an in-person role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

You will supervise clinical care, manage resident assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care with strong team support. Active RN or LPN license and 5+ years in long-term care with 2+ years supervisory experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage wound care: run the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring.
• Educate staff: train the team on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance: meet regulatory standards and keep clinical documentation accurate and up to date.
