What You’ll Do

• Lead the unit: manage daily clinical operations, support staff, and make sure residents get quality care
• Coach the team: supervise and mentor nursing staff, and give hands‑on support as needed
• Oversee clinical care: manage resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
• Manage wound care: run the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring
• Educate staff: train the team on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
• Ensure compliance: meet regulatory standards and keep clinical documentation accurate and up to date

What You’ll Need
