Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing with pay in the $27.00–$31.00/hour range and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time teammates. As an LPN in our skilled nursing community, you’ll deliver resident-centered care, administer medications, and work with physicians and the care team to keep residents safe and well.

Responsibilities

Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, including a Weekend Warrior Program. Same-day interviews are available when possible.

Pay: $27.00–$31.00/hour + incentives for nights and designated shifts
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for full-time team members
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Location: New Albany, IN (in person)
Schedule options:

• Staff Nurse: mostly weekdays, with varying shift options
• Weekend Warrior Program: 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

As an LPN in our Skilled Nursing community, you’ll provide high-quality, resident-centered care and build lasting relationships with residents and care teams. You’ll work closely with physicians, leadership, and the interdisciplinary team to keep residents safe and well.
