You’ll train and mentor floor nurses in advanced wound assessment and dressings, provide hands-on care during rollout, and coordinate with physicians and case management to support seamless post-acute transitions for patients.

Qualifikationen

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• RN credentialed from Illinois Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• NAWCCB wound care certification preferred.
