AlignMed Partners is seeking a wound care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a float role across four Pennsylvania facilities (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton). Position offers hourly pay with a no-cap incentive program. Minimum wound care experience and appropriate licensure required.

The role supports nursing center residents, collaborates with leadership and medical directors, and emphasizes high-quality, compassionate care.

Competenze

• Two years of wound care experience preferred.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license and NP/PA credentials.
• Wound certification (CWS, WOCN) or actively pursuing wound certification.

Mansioni

• Provide acute and chronic wound care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient-specific care.
• Participate in center-wide goals and priorities to improve quality of life.
